- 2-3 Chaptis (Leftover for 1 day)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- A pinch of Hing
- 2-3 Tbsp Oil
- Few fresh Coriander leaves
- Salt and Sugar to taste.
Make a make pieces of chaptis and keep it a side. Heat the pan with oil, add cumin, mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Add onion, tomatoes and fry till they turn tender. add red chili , turmeric powder and mix everything well. Add pieces of chapti , salt , sugar and mix it well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with curds.

ReplyDeleteYesterday itself I had phodnichi poli and I like it to have @ any time of day .. I normally use food processor to chop these as i gives a sheera or poha feel .
