Ingredients:
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2-3 Tbs AP flour / Maida
- 2 Mayonnaise (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
- Salt and Pepper as per taste
Shred the potatoes without skin. Squeeze all the water from the potato. Add thinly sliced onion. Add red chili powder, salt, paper and mix everything well. Add maida and make round cakes.(not to much thick)
Heat the tava with little oil, place cakes. Cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes each side or till you see nice golden brown color on it.
Serve hot with ketchup.
Super pancakes with potato....looks awesome ...love potato in any form ..
