This recipe is very is and fast to make. I just followed the instruction on box. They have given the recipe but as we are vegetarian I added spinach and ricotta cheese. Even you can add mushrooms also..
Ingredients:
- 8-10 Jambo Pasta Shells
- 1 cup Spinach leaves
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2-3 Garlic cloves (chopped)
- Black pepper , Salt as per taste.
- Tomato sauce (home made or store bought)
Method:
Cook the shell pasta as per instruction and keep it a side. Heat the pan with oil, add garlic, onion and fry till they are tender. Add chopped spinach , salt, pepper and cook for 8-10 minutes. Let it cool completely. Add Ricotta cheese and mix everything well.
Stuff this spinach filling into shells. To bake pour the tomato sauce on the bottom of the dish.
Place the stuffed shells and sprinkle the cheese on the stuffed
shells.Bake for 20-25 minutes at 300 F and serve hot.
