This recipe is very easy to do..This is new twist with pasta..its very healthy as it contains all vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 150 gm Fettuccine
- 1/4 cup Fresh Beans
- 1/2 cup Cabbage (shredded)
- 1 Green Capsicum
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Red chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp AP flour / Maida
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- Lemon (optional)
- Salt.
Method:
Cook the pasta as per instruction on the box and keep it aside. Cut all the vegetables into thin peeled strips. Heat the pan with oil add onion , french beans, carrots, cabbage and stir fry for few minutes. Add capsicum, soya &chili sauce and toss it well. Cook till all vegetable become little tender. Add black pepper, salt (if required).
Sprinkle the (maida + little water) so that the sauce stick to all pasta and veggies.
Garnish with lemon wadge and serve hot.
