- 1 cup whole Wheat flour (chapathi atta)
- 1/2 cup Jawar flour (rotti/ bhakari atta)
- 2 tsp Gram flour (beasn)
- 2 tsp Urad dal (soaked for 1 hr)
- 3-4 Green Chilies
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp Ajawain
- 1/4 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1/4 cup fresh Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying.
Method:
In a mixie add soaked urad dal, add green chilies, coriander seeds, ajawain, coriander leaves and make a paste with little water. In a larga bowl add all flours, above made paste and salt to taste. Make a soft dough and let it rest for 1/2 hr to 45 minutes.

Take a small size of roll and pat with oil/ water and deep fry in the oil.
Serve hot with coconut chutney/ curds.
