Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Besan (benegal gram flour)
- 2-3 Bread slice (cut into triangle shape)
- 1/4 tsp Ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilly powder
- Salt to taste
- Water
- Oil for deep fry
Method:
In a medium bowl add besan, ajawain, termeric powder, red chilly powder,salt and mix everything with water and leave for 15 to 20 minutes. (consistency should not be watery, it should be able to stick to the bread slice).
Heat the Oil on medium
high heat for frying. Dip the sliced bread in the besan flour mix and deep fry in the oil on both the side and till they turn light brown.
Serve hot with ketchup.
