- 2 Beets
- 2 Potatoes
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt to seasoning.
Peal the skin of beets & potatoes. Slice them paper thin and immediately deep fry these in hot oil till they turn light brwon and crispy. Drain them and keep it on paper towel and sprinkle some salt.
Serve hot or cold.
- Before frying the sliced beets and potatoes press them on paper towel so the water is absorbed from the veggies.
- I have used peanut oil for frying.
- Fry them in small batches. If its overcrowded, they may turn into soggy chips.
