Banana Smothie



Ingredients:
  • 1 Banana (ripe)
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt (plain) (used low fat)
  • Sugar or Honey (as per taste)
Method:

In a mixie/ Juicer Add all the ingredients and blend well till nice smooth juice.
Can add chocolate syrup (optional).



Chocolate Syrup: (optional)
In a bowl take the chocolate chips add little milk and micro wave with 3o seconds break until you get nice consistency.
