Its easy and healthy chutaney !
Ingredients:
Note: Adjust the chilies and garlic as per your taste.
- 2 Carrots (peeled and shredded)
- 2-3 Green chilies (chopped)
- 1 Garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds / powder
- Salt to taste.
Method:
In a blender / mixie add the shredded carrot, green chilies, cumin , garlic and slat. blend it well.
This can be stored in fridge or 1-2 days.
Serve with Chapti / Rice or even with Bread.
