Stuffed Pizza


  • Home made Pizza dough
  • ¼ cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Sauce (tomato, garlic, onion and basil) (home made or store bought)
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Green Bell Papper ( chopped)
  • Olives (for garnish)
  • Onion (sliced)
  • Salt to taste


Grind the Mint leaves, garlic, green chilies, salt, black pepper with little water and green sauce/ paste is ready. Roll out the dough to a 9 inch diameter. Put this rolled dough on the baking sheet. Brush the dough with olive oil and let it sit for 10 minutes. On the top of dough at the edges put the ricotta cheese as shown in the below pic. Seal the edges properly. And add sauce, onion slices, olives and cheese. Bake at 450 degree F about 25-30 minutes.

Note: i have used (low fat) Ricotta cheese, It will be not a souacy cheese as mozrella.
